Your reservation will be confirmed within 12 hours and an Order Confirmation Mail will be sent to you. Please make sure your order is confirmed.
How will I determine my pick-up time when booking from the hotel to the airport?
When making a reservation, first write your flight departure time and then specify the time you want to be picked up from the hotel. It is recommended to be at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight on international flights and 1.5 hours before your domestic flights. Determine the time you want to be taken by including the transportation time in this period. (If there is a problem with your pickup time, we will return to you and make the necessary changes.)
What should I do for the baby & child seat or seat booster request?
While making the reservation, you can choose the number of "Baby / Child Seats" and enter the type of seat you want and the age of your child in the "Note" box in the reservation form.
